  • What do Developer Maintenance hour(s) include?
    You can use your Developer Maintenance hour(s) for the following: Website updates New Features New Pages A New Website Custom Code (Velo) Basic SEO (Using Wix SEO Wiz) Training All hours are tracked using Clockify and you can view used hours / remaining hours in your Client Portal under Reports. We do not offer any marketing services at this time.
  • What is the Client Portal?
    The Client Portal is where you will have access to everything you need for your website(s). You will have access to: Reports Support Ticket System Website Management Book an appointment with an Expert
  • How many websites does my plan cover?
    You can use your plan on unlimited wix websites. Simply add your site on the Client Portal. Please note that Developer Maintenance hour(s) do not stack per site and are shared. Example: If you have 1 hour of maintenance per month that hour is shared between all registered sites.
  • Can I use my Maintenance Plan to build a new website?
    Absolutley! You can use your hours to build a new site. Please note: The site must be built with the Wix platform
  • Do Maintenance hours roll over?
    Monthly plan hour(s) do not roll over, all hours must be used within the month. Annual plan hour(s) must be used within the year and do not roll over to the following year.
  • Is Wix hosting/premium plan included in My Maintenance?
    No, Wix hosting/premium plans are provided by Wix and not SKS Creative.
  • What is Velo?
    Velo by Wix allows us to create custom coded features for your website. Need something custom or a third party API connected to your site? We can do this with Velo. Please note: There are still some limitations when it comes to Velo and custom code. Our Experts are happy to discuss what is possible.
  • Do I need to add SKS Creative as a Contributor to my site?
    Yes, SKS creative will need to be added as an Admin Contributor to maintain your website and make updates.
  • Is Marketing & SEO included?
    No, currently only basic SEO is included with your maintenance plan. We do provide a monthly analytics report that will be emailed at the beginning of each month
  • How are hours tracked?
    All hours are tracked using Clockify and you can view used hours / remaining hours in your Client Portal under Reports.
  • How do I submit a request for maintenance?
    You can submit a request through the client portal under support. You will also be able to view the status of each of your requests.
  • How long does it take to complete a task?
    This depends on the task but most tasks will be completed within 3-5 business days. As far as how many hours this also depands on the task. We are always happy to provide an estimate on how long a task will take upon request. Our team has been working with Wix since 2009 and the Editor X and Wix Studio platform since before it was released to the public. We are experts in all Wix platforms and work very quickly.
